1) Make sure the battery is charged.  Check the copper contacts and clean them if necessary.
2) Connect the M8 to a computer.  The M8 should be recognized, but if nothing appears on the screen, try to reinstall the firmware.
3) If nothing works, please return the M8 to your Meizu retailer for service.
