When turning on the M8, “MEIZU” appears on the screen and nothing happens.

1) Connect the M8 to a computer to see if it is recognized. Disconnect and try restarting the M8.
2) Reinstall the firmware.
3) If nothing works, please return the M8 to your Meizu retailer for service.
