The M8 shows a black screen or a white screen.

1) Turn off and then restart the M8.
2) If you cannot turn off the M8, remove the battery.  Reinstall the battery and try again.
3) Clear the registry.
4) Reinstall the firmware.
5) If nothing works, please return the M8 to your Meizu retailer for service.
